XLnt Rides, LLC  ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Asheville Hopper (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the App or related transportation services. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. 

1) Information we collect Depending on how you use the App and which features are enabled, we may collect: Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, saved locations, communication preferences, and passenger profile details. Ride and transaction information: pickup and drop-off locations, trip dates and times, reservation details, quotes, ride history, notes you provide, and related customer service records. Payment information: payment method details and transaction information. Payment card data may be collected and processed directly by our payment provider rather than stored by us. Device and technical information: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, identifiers, crash diagnostics, and similar technical data. Location information: approximate or precise location when you enable location permissions or when location is needed for booking, pickup, safety, or trip-service features. Usage information: screens viewed, actions taken, feature interactions, and other information about how the App is used. Communications: messages, feedback, support requests, survey responses, and call or text records you choose to create with us. 

2) How we use information Provide, confirm, manage, and support quotes, reservations, rides, accounts, payments, and passenger requests. Communicate about bookings, trip updates, receipts, support, security, and policy updates. Personalize the App, remember preferences, improve performance, measure usage, troubleshoot errors, and develop services. Protect passengers, drivers, our business, and the App; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access. Comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Use information for another purpose when we provide notice or obtain consent as required. 

3) How we disclose information

We do not sell or rent personal information for money. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

Service providers: companies that help provide hosting, customer communication, maps, analytics, payment processing, push notifications, fraud prevention, and other

operational services.

Transportation operations: drivers, affiliates, subcontractors, or partner operators when reasonably necessary to quote, schedule, fulfill, support, or document a ride.

Legal and safety: when required by law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, property, passengers, drivers, or the public.

Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or otherwise authorize disclosure.

4) Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services for functions such as payment processing, mapping, analytics, cloud hosting, customer communication, and push notifications.

Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

when required or permitted by law, for security, or to complete an active transaction.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to

protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot

guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your

device, email, and App account.

7) Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect

personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided

personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. If a

different age threshold applies to your service or jurisdiction, update this section.

8) Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction,

deletion, portability, restriction, or information about how personal information is

used or disclosed. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or withdraw

You can manage device permissions, including location and notifications, through

your device settings. Disabling a permission may limit some App features. You

may opt out of non-transactional marketing communications by using the

unsubscribe instructions or contacting us.

additional notice when required by law or when changes are material.
